His resignation is the latest in a series of recent executive departures within the international sportswear group. Trevor Edwards, President, Nike, resigned in March, and was followed by the exit of another global Vice President, Jayme Martin. Earlier this week, Antoine Andrews, Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion is also reported to have left the Company.

According to Nike, Edwards departure was attributed to “conduct inconsistent with Nike’s core values” and against its code of conduct. He is said to continue to collaborate with the manufacturer as an adviser to Nike CEO until he retires in August.
