Frassineti is reportedly a long-time supplier for the Jil Sander brand, which is owned by OTB Group alongside names such as Diesel and Maison Margiela.
Gaia Frassineti will remain as Managing Director of the company and the Frassineti family will maintain a minority stake.
OTB has reported that the acquisition is a move by Staff International, its production arm, to strengthen the group’s commitment to supporting Italy’s supply chain and increase its technological resources and expertise in sustainable innovation.
OTB Group Founder and Chair Renzo Rosso said: “These are the companies, and this is the expertise that power our country, and we have to continue investing in them.”
