Anya Hindmarch sales is resported to have increased 20% to £41.3 million (US$54.8 million) in 2016, driven by its pop-art motifs leather handbags and coats. China is seen as an important emerging market for the brand; after Saudi Arabia and South Korea last year, the UK-based brand is said to be planning the opening of a new franchise in the country. It has also recently opened new stores in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Paris and Singapore.
