Ranipet tannery worker dies of asphyxiation cleaning septic tank
Tannery worker, S Raman (47) of VC Mottur village died of asphyxiation while cleaning a septic tank at a private tannery near Ranipet. The most likely cause of death is hydrogen sulphide gas inhalation. He was working with two colleagues at the time of the incident.
