  • Qualified leather technician, alternative academic studies of chemistry with extensive knowledge and experience in the area of leather production and leather development.
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in R&D and/or leather production.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably in the area of interiors or seating.
  • Experience in team supervision as well as project management.
  • Ability to work and communicate with customers alongside marketing in developing and costing of new products and processes.
  • Good technical skills and experience in continuous improvement management.
  • Proactive in cost reduction strategies.
  • Hands-on mentality, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Like working in teams, ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, ability to work under pressure.
