Senior Directors having stepped down from Clarks are said to include CEO Giorgio Presca, a former Geox executive; Chief Commercial Officer Massimo Barzaghi; and Chief People Officer Difna Blamey, who joined Clarks on a temporary contract in 2020. Clarks Non-Executive Director and former Guess CEO Victor Herrero is to take on a dual role of Executive Chairman and CEO of Clarks.
As previously reported by ILM, Hong Kong based Lionrock Capital acquired a £100 million (US$130.32 million) majority stake in Clarks in November 2020, with the Clark family allegedly remaining involved in the nearly 200-yearold company.
