Shanghai to host 2017 World Leather Congress
The International Council of Tanners, ICT, has formally announced that the 3rd World Leather Congress (WLC) will take place in Shanghai on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 prior to the 2017 edition of the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE). It will be jointly hosted by the Taiwanese Leather Industry Association (TILA) and the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA).
