Awarded by the Fair Wage Network, the certification guarantees that Stahl’s nearly 2,000 employees earn wages above legal minimums, covering essential living costs such as housing, healthcare and education, while supporting savings and community participation.
The renewal also extends to Weilburger Graphics, the German packaging coatings specialist acquired by Stahl in 2024.
The initiative forms part of Stahl’s wider ESG strategy focused on reducing carbon emissions, promoting employee well-being, and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion.
