ICT confirms a difficult year for the industry

Members of the International Council of Tanners’ (ICT) met in Hong Kong on March 12 for its AGM and to reflect on a difficult year in 2018 for the global tanning industry. Looking ahead for its activities in 2019, it will host the 4^th World Leather Congress in New York on July 16.

Craft the Leather announces competition winner

Dr Gerhard Wolf of leather chemical makers, BASF has been presented with the German Leather Technician and Chemists Association (VGCT) Honorary Award. It was presented during the 4th Freiberg Leather Days conference in Berlin on June 18.

Programme ready for 4th Freiberg Leather Days conference
