More arrests after Ranipet sludge deaths

Further arrests have been made following the death of ten tannery workers in Ranipet at the end of January. The deaths were caused by a collapse of a sludge tank wall.

A local building contractor has been arrested by police following the collapse of a storage tank in the Ranipet tanning cluster which claimed the lives of 10 workers last month.
