Read More...By means of an update to the ILM news released on June 13, 2017 concerning titanium dioxide, TiO2 (CAS RN 13463-67-7) is to be Chemical, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) reclassified as a Category 2 carcinogen, by inhalation. The focus is on “sharp edges” of finely ground powders. Liquid aerosols don’t seem to be of interest to the toxicologists who are focussing on nanoparticles and powders.
