On November 5, Italian brand, Dainese, best known for its high performance and safety leather motorcycling outfits announced it had sold a majority in the business to investment group, Investcorp for €130 million (US$163 million). The brand features equipment worn by MotoGP legend, Valentino Rossi who is featured in the company’s latest webisode.
