Wolverine sells Sebago brand to BasicNet

Wolverine World Wide has announced it has sold its Sebago brand to BasicNet, an Italian corporation with a global network that has a portfolio of brands including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, K-way, Superga and more.


Wolverine experience sales decline in first quarter

Wolverine Worldwide reported flattish sales for its first quarter ended March 28, as mid single-digit growth from the Heritage Group and low single-digit growth from the Lifestyle Group were partially offset by a low single-digit revenue decline from the Performance Group.
