At its series of “SHOW ME” events, LVMH has marked its commitment to its vocational training efforts with a target of 8,000 new recruits in 2022 under the Métiers d’Excellence program and 30,000 by the end of 2024.

Luxury Group LVMH has announced the creation of “L’Institut des Métiers d’Excellence” (IME), a program of professional training that will allow the LVMH Group to enhance skills in the fields of craftsmanship and creation of a new generation of young apprentices. Starting in September, the IME will enable accredited degrees, through paid apprenticeships within the Group brands.
