Being young and working in the tanning industry
Leather making is an ancient industry, yet there are today few young people working in our field. At least this seems to be the case in the U.S. When most people think of leather, they think of fashion, style and, durability. Today, when you want to stay up-to-date on trends and fashion, you would ask a Millennial (ie; a person reaching young adulthood at the time of the millennium) what is new and fresh.
