Rolls-Royce Motors to increase UK workforce

The premium Germany headquartered automotive Group has posted a -0.8% decline in sales in the month of September due to new WLTP testing procedure; a better performance compared with some other rivals in the category such as Mercedes-Benz (-8.2%) and Audi (-22%), thanks to its electric models. In contrast, demand for luxury Rolls-Royce cars is said to remain strong worldwide.

Rolls Royce appoint new head of interior design

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has announced the appointment of Daniel Starke as Head of Interior Design. Starke began his career in the automotive industry with Volkswagen and Audi, before moving to the Interior Design team at BMW in 2001. He was appointed Head of Interior Design for BMW i in 2009, with responsibility for the interior design of the BMW i3 and i8.
