With Costruzioni Meccaniche Persico’s latest throughfeed fleshing machine it is possible to carry out the fleshing operation without needing to rotate the hides. The hide only needs to be inserted into the feed opening for the length required for the machine to pull it through. In the latest update to its operating system Apple followed the trends set by its introduction of Maps and angered its customers by creating more problems than benefits from its new offer.
