In a posting on LinkedIn, the company said it was using its resources and infrastructure to produce five-litre containers of hydro-alcohol solution for its own employees as well as to fire brigades and hospitals in France and in Italy which are at the front line of tackling the virus. The solution can be used for hand sanitiser.
TFL estimate that they will produce 750 units by the end of this week. “In these challenging times we need to stand together and support each other as much as we can”, says the LinkedIn posting.
