The battle we could never win!

So now we know. The European Commission (EC) has effectively rejected the tanning industry’s proposal for the product category rules and methodology for determining leather’s carbon footprint leading to a globally accepted life cycle analysis. Tanners will have to accept some of the burden it seems.
