For employees in the U.S., these bonuses will be based on tenure and will range from US$300 to US$700. This follows bonuses earlier in the year, which the company paid to fully vaccinated workers.

Tyson has also announced plans to offer more support to its frontline workforce including pay increases, signing bonuses, more flexible work schedules at some facilities and paid sick leave.
