Ugg believes that Tommy Hilfiger’s “Laydown” shoes are infringing on its patent for Fluff Yeah Slides.
Both slippers feature a logo backstrap and sheepskin upper, which Ugg believes will cause confusion in the marketplace and with customers.
Ugg, which is owned by Deckers Brands, has filed the complaint with the California Centra District Court.
