One of the key global events for the leather and fashion supply chain, Lineapelle brings together international professionals across leathers, accessories, components, fabrics, synthetics and models.
Craft the Leather 2025
As in previous editions, the consortium’s member tanneries will present their newest collections of Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather in Halls 1 and 3. In addition, the consortium will host its own stand (Hall 3 – A02/A18), where the collections from the Craft the Leather 2025 competition will be unveiled.
Launched in 2012, Craft the Leather is an annual project organised by the Consortium that engages young designers from leading international fashion and design schools. Following an intensive workshop held in Tuscany in May 2025, participants developed capsule collections using vegetable-tanned leather supplied by the Consortium’s tanneries.
All finalist collections will be exhibited at Lineapelle, with the winning project selected through a combination of online voting, votes cast at the fair and evaluation by an expert jury. The winner will receive a scholarship to support their professional training.
Industry professionals attending Lineapelle can view the collections in person at the consortium’s stand, while those unable to attend can participate in online voting and follow updates via the consortium’s social media channels.
