Xeros to partner with chemical company to reduce water usage in leathermaking

Xeros, the UK company with major plans to revolutionise washing machines, has agreed a development programme with one of the world's largest suppliers of chemicals into the leather industry. The use of Xeros technology could reduce water usage and wastewater treatment in the tanning process if the development of the technology proves successful.
